Med Vet International Manometer for Non-Rebreathing Anesthesia Circuits, 60cm H2O, J1502, Each
An important anesthesia parameter is monitoring the proper airway pressure in the patient. A Manometer is a standard piece of equipment on all anesthesia machine used to measure this pressure in CMs of H2O. However, the Manometer on an anesthesia machine is not utilized on non-breathing circuits as it is bypassed. Non rebreathing circuits are used on smaller more fragile patients. There is a higher risk of inadvertent alveoli damage or barotrauma when "bagging" or manually ventilating a patient. There have been cases of pneumothorax. The flush valve on an anesthesia machine will immediately push up oxygen flow to 15L at 50psi into a small non breathing circuit. The new in line manometer gives accurate airway pressure to avoid harmful over inflation, but still ensure adequate ventilation is achieved. Prostaglandin H2 ELISA Kit - This Kit is for the quantitative determination of Prostaglandin H2 in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. This is a competitive inhibition ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . PGH2 present in samples reacts with an anti-PGH2 monoclonal capture antibody or antigen coated and dried on a microtiter plate. Following this, PGH2 conjugated to biotin competes with the antigen in the sample to bind the capture antibody or antigen. Unbound conjugate and sample antigen is washed away and bound conjugate is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is inverse proportional to the concentration of active PGH2 in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of PGH2.For RUO.
